Changing password in Flash

How do you change the password, if someone has been in the flash and changed the password and you cannot get back in the flash system. This system has 2 digits ex. 22 and the default was 120000. I had a new tech go by and I think that he may have changed the password. Rex Icard

The method to reset the system manager password is Feature 9 8 3 followed by 9 7 3 7 3 8 7 6 7 7 9 3 (R E S E T S M P S W D)
at the Reset Pswe? prompt press YES
then hangup
your password will be reset to 1 2 0 0 0 0
