Hello,

We're running macola on ms sql and I don't remember where to change a user's password at for workflow explorer. Is it in workflow explorer admin or in ms sql manager?

Thanks.

System Manager / visual menu builder

Select the user right click and choose properties. There is a button in the lower left that says set password.

You may need to synch to sql after you do it.

Be careful when you use the sync command from VMB.

If you do that with users logged into Macola, they will become locked out when they log off. Then you will get to manually reset all the passwords in SQL.

Synching is a single user process.

Learned that the hard way.
