I have a Nortel MICS with Norstar Voice Mail 4.0. I need to change the Class of Service, Password Expiry setting to '0'. I did this with 2.0 by attaching to the NAM II serial port with HyperTerminal and accessing the Application Administration menu. This does not seem to work with 4.0. We do not have the Norstar Voice Mail Manager option. When I attach to the NAM serial port, I get no response on HyperTerminal. Any suggestions?
