Changing Paramdisplayvalue from comma separated to semi colon separated

we have a manager prompt on a prompt page which allows users to select multiple managers. Then on the report in the header we are usuing paramdisplayvalue to show what values the user chose on the report.

Current it looks like this doe,john,blow,joe,doe,jane

Is there a way to make it look like this doe,john ; blow,joe ; doe,jane

Stuck on this one

The display value of the parameter should contain the full names of the managers chosen, but the seperator will remain a ','
