changing NT domain on TEC server

hi
I have a TEC server running on w2k in domain XXX.
we have changed to Active Directory so I have to move the server from XXX to the AD.
is there any problems moving the server from XXX to the AD ?
any papers regarding what can go wrong, anyone done this before ?
reinstall is not an option.
