changing notes id file password

Is it possible to reset an id file's password w/out knowing the current password?

Yes but it will involve the generation of a new user.id for that person with a new, known password.

I'm now Lotus Guru, know where I can get some detailed instuctions?

The Administrator should be able to reset the password via the Adminconsole ... The administrator always has full access to all id's ! Try asking your administrator
