changing NEDC/FEDC on rout

i need to change the NEDC/FEDC on one of my routs. NTP doesn't show me the gate opener. I know it's LD 16 but i never get to NEDC. What am i doing wrong?

when i look at TIMR in NTP it says aaa xxx where aaa is timer mnemonic and xxx is timer value in milliseconds. I don't get it (shocker). I need to change the NEDC/FEDC. WHat am i putting in when i get to TIMR?
