Changing NDR's sender

This is on Windows 2000 Server -
I need some help on changing NDR's sender "postmaster"@<hostname> to "administrator"@<hostname> on IIS

Suggestions?

in the smtp properties the messages tab has :

Send a copy of Non Delivery Report to

put the address there
