Changing NCOS for Meridian Mail Auto Attendant lines.. LTN?

Nortel n00b here... trying to change NCOS on meridan mail TN's to allow local dialing to enable remote notification for our mailboxes. Currently NCOS on the PBX is set to allow no dial-out on the ports tied to the meridian mail card.

I have attempted to change the NCOS in LD 11, but further down the prompts I get a LTN prompt, and it will not allow a [CR] entry there. I believe it's error SCH3021 or ERR3021 (not at my work pc right now). There is no value for LTN that I can see in the current setup. Do I just put in the regular TN of that particular line at this prompt?

The ltm only comes up when you have ima turned on in ld 15 if your not useing integrated messaging system turn if off and your problems should go away
