Changing National Language value in Typetree

I am using Ascential Datastage TX 7.5 . I am trying to use the "Greek" as the National Language, but in my typetree I get only "Western" as the only value in the National Language drop down box in my typetree. How do I enable the National Language for other languages/regions ?

You don't. There are only two versions US and Japanese. You only get Japanese when you purchase the Japanese version of the software. What are you trying to do (Greek is a western language)?
