Changing Name of Profile 2

I have norstar m7310 phone, and I moved some phones around and everything works great besides the fact that someone has the phone of the old secretary and is now identified on the phone system under her name instead of their own.
Also the voice mail password is unknown because she left without leaving that; so is there a way to change these things. If so can someone reply with the steps on how to....

To change the name on the telephone you can go in to Feature ** config with a password of admin. Press Show at Terminals and Sets and enter the ext. Press show and then hit next until you get to name and change it accordingly, 7 digit max.

To reset the password you have to go into voice mail programming via Feature 983. Default password will be 120000, 1020000... depending on your DN length. Hit mailbox, change, and enter the mailbox. First thing that will come up is reset password. Reset it and it will go back to the default password of 0000. You may want to scroll through the options and make sure the mailbox # is the same as the ext # before resetting. Because you said it is a secretary phone, they may have the general delivery mailbox on it. If that is the case, the mailbox you would have to reset would be 10, 100, depending on your DN length.

One thing ..
I have not found a way yet to record the name in the directory .
the way I do it is to just delete the old mailbox and create a new one .
The only problem is if it is the GDM then you don'r want to delete that .
So if anyone knows of a way to rerecord the persons name in the Co. directory ? If you find a tip helpful Please take a moment to mark it as such.

Hey Mario, you can get to the directory recording by going into the greeting prompt in a personal mailbox and wait for the voice prompts. For some reason it is not an option on the soft keys, only in the voice prompts.

The phone will not let me into the VM administrator using either of those passwords.
Is there any way around this?

Yes there is a way to reset the system coor. mailbox
It is sounded like the system coor. mailbox password has been changed .gimme a sec and I will give you the steps for restting the password . If you find a tip helpful Please take a moment to mark it as such.

Feature 985 then enter 9 then type in resetsmpswd and that will default it back to (Two digit ext.)120000,(three digit ext.)1020000,(four digit ext.)10020000...
