Changing name display 1

Hello, first time using Norstar system. My second week and people are moving offices and i dont know how to change the name that displays when you go to transfer a call. Still comes up with the old persons name with the right ext #. I tried the changing the name on the mailbox and changing the name on the phone admin steps and all seems well until main receptionist goes to transfer a call then old name shows? Can anyone assist please?

might want to post this in a norstar forum, this is a merridain pbx forum. very few of us work on both systems

login, Go to terms&sets,do a show, list ext ,then show,then next next,then you are at name then change...

That should do it.....
