Hello, first time using Norstar system. My second week and people are moving offices and i dont know how to change the name that displays when you go to transfer a call. Still comes up with the old persons name with the right ext #. I tried the changing the name on the mailbox and changing the name on the phone admin steps and all seems well until main receptionist goes to transfer a call then old name shows? Can anyone assist please?
