On a Win 2K Server, can I change the Home Folder location of multiple users? I can go to AD Users and Computers and change/create them one by one on each users profile tab.

Thanks,

An easy way is to use NT4 user manager to edit the properites of multiple users. I found it very strange not to be able to get to users properties once more than one user was highlighted.

Dave,
I no longer have an NT 4.0 box. What would I need to do in order to use NT4 user manager on one of my 2000 DC servers?

Thanks,

Just copy the USRMGR.EXE file to a local location and run it
Also usefull for resetting multiple users passwords, which you cannot do in AD users and computers

I copied USRMGR.EXE to an XP client, a 2000 client and a 2000 Server. Ran the .exe, and got the following message on all of them.

"User Manager for Domains can not be used to manage a Windows 2000 or higher domain. Do you want to select another domain to administer?"

The only option there is my domain that gives me the same error when I try it.

Thanks,

hmmm i'm not to sure why it didnt work for you
The file version i have is 4.0.1381.309
Version 5.0 (build 2195: Service pack 2)
I think i just copied it straight from an old NT4 server, and it worked no problem..not that that helps you much.
