Changing mouse cursor on form?

Hi All,
How easy would it be to change the mouse cursor on a field. I have a form which when a field uses the on click event it opens another form to show more detail.
I wanted the mouse cursor on the on focus event to change to a magnifying icon or something else to indicate that this field is able to open another form.

Pretty easy. One option is use screen.mousepointer options in the mouseover event of each relevant control.
