Changing Menu Fonts thru Win API

I'm working is Windows 9X.
I want to change the menu fonts to a different language to the application I develop.
If there is any possibility to change the fonts only in my application and not to the whole of windows since if I change it from display properties from windows then the whole windows will have the same font...
Please help me in the context..
