I have a remote office that would like to be able to change the main greeting for their office. Sometimes there are widespread issues that could be addressed by a simple, "We know about the problems you're having and are workin on it, if you still need help, dial...."

However, I don't want to give them admin access to the web interface.

Any ideas? I'm not sure it's possible, but I figured I would ask before I told them "no".

They could have access to the Call Pilot only and not the BCM as a whole, but you cannot sub-divide the Call Pilot access, to my knowledge.

There was few threads on this before, as i recall you can record company greetings thru the admin mailbox(102)then option 9, not sure how flexible it is but maybe someone else can add to my reply..

Create a telset user and password
for FTR 983 access via telset.

It's only dialtone-VZ

They still have access to Admin. He sounds like he wants Greeting Change only.

Adversity is Opportunity

Give them a mic to their PC and have them record a wav.
Then you dial in remotely and upload the wav file.

It's only dialtone-VZ
