changing mailbox name 2

Someone changed their name and I'd like to change their mailbox name and email address.  How do I do that and what should issues will pop up?

You just change her Display Name, First Name or Last Name or both, and then under the E-mail Addresses tab change the e-mail addresses you want to change.<br><br>Regards<br><br>Lars<br>

thanks - I just wasn't sure if it would have an affect on anything else.

Is it true that I can not change the directory name of the mailbox?&nbsp;&nbsp;It is grayed out from the advanced tab of the users mailbox.&nbsp;&nbsp;I can change it manually from explorer.

Thats right you are unable to change the directory entry, but no one can see that so just wory about the display name ect and you will be fine.
