Changing MAC address on URN

Hi,
I am new to the NCR platform but today I have had to replace and rebuild a faulty call recording server. I have reloaded the NCR software, but have an issue with the license file. As the server has been repaced, the MAC address looks like its tied to the NIC card (which isn't removable) the URN or keycode no longer works.
Does anyone know the procedure needed to change the MAC address?

You need to contact your vendor to get a new keycode generated with Nortel / Avaya. We'd have to open a case w/ KRS most likely.
