Hello All,

I have a problem with changing the buzz length of a M2250.

When a call comes to the M2250 the M2250 only gives a short buzz instead of a continuous buzz...

Can somebody tell me where I can change this???

Thank

Marc.

2 SECOND BUZZ IS ALL YOU GET OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS

Well till release 25.15 if the ATT is idle and it receives a call it ALWAYS gives a tone until you take the line. If a second line comes in it gives a short tone... This is hard coded and cannot be changed (Verified this with EMEA).

BUT in RLS 25.40B if a call comes in via the LDN or the ATDN and the ATT is idle it only gives a short 2 second tone... And the cust. wants the same tone as in pre RLS 25.40B.... And EMEA tells me that that isn't possible...

Well I'm going onsite on Wednesday to see if it's a layer 8 problem or not.....

Marc.

PS: What’s up with the CAPS-LOCK???? Fix your frelling keyboard!!!!
