Changing line button

Sorry if this a RTFM question but all I have to work with at the moment is the System Coordinator Guide. On a 7324 or 7310 set off a MICS system how can I change a Line # button to another feature and how do you change a Line button so that it shows the appearance but doesn't ring when a call comes in.

To change a line key to a feature key, you need to go into Term & Sets/Line Access/Line Assignments/Show Line:XXX
then change the line to "Unassigned" in this heading you will also see the option to change to "Appear Only" so that a line will not ring. I was assuming you have a newer system, so if you don't have these headings let us know and we can give you the right instructions. By the way, what is RTFM?

Thanks for the info Roldan except under Terminals & Sets it doesn't give me that option. The manual I have says it can be done in programming and to refer to the Installation guide which I don't have but I have ordered. Any other
ideas where I can find it?
