Trying to change the line assignment of a did number. When I change the prime set in the line data, the call still routes to the old set. how do I change the assignment ?

Thanks

DID numbers are really target lines that are assigned to the set. Do a feature 0 and press the line number to find out what line it is, then go to lines in programming and enter line number and that is where the you change the line assignment. Hope this helps

The DID might not actually be on a button, so you could look at the line assignment under the set programming to see what is assigned to the set. Remove it and assign it to the set you want it on.
If you are still having problems, give us the software version of your system and we can help in more detail.
