Changing Last name on Mailbox

What is the best way to change a users last name and still receive mail from their old address.

The users last name and e-mail address are not synchronized. I suggest you change the users address and add another new SMTP address under the e-mail addresses tab.<br><br>Regards<br><br>Lars<br>
