Ive got an application in Delphi 2006 which is a .net project.
Ive added a german and russian translation for this project and compiled everything successfully.
It all works fine when i select the active language in the IDE and run the project. However I am struggling to figure out what settings I have to change in windows to see it working when i run the exe on its own. When writing win32 apps it usually changes based on which language is selected on the first tab on the regional options in control panel. This doesn't seem to work for my .net application though.
Can anyone help me?
