Changing IRQ in Windows 98

Help please i would like to know if any body knows how to chand=ge the IRQ for a device when windows will not let you do it i persume there is somewhere in the registry have searched my self but can not find any thing

What are you trying to change the IRQ for??

What device, I am guessing because of a conflict, but what is conflicting with what??

This can normally be done in device manager.!!!

does this device come with software that allows you to change these settings on the card?

scsi card has decided to be irq 12 and windows has decided on irq 11 if you go through device manager windows says you can not ajust this setting. i have fixed this now through the bios but would like to know of a way of doing this through windows i would guess these settings ars stored in the registry some where .
