Changing IP

I need to uopgrade to release 3 and move to a new server at the same time. Currently the IP scheme for the phones is on a 172.16.7 network and the infrastructure is on 192.168.1. I would like to unify this, any problems running the phones and data on the same switches and can the phones take DHCP from a 2003 server?

Finally, to change the IP ofthe IP406 don't I just set that in the BOOTP setting by right clicking?
