Hi

i have some oracle databases running on a HP-UX server.

I was recently informed that the IP address of this server is about to change.

What i need to find out is how to do the following:
1. change the IP address of my server.
2. is there a command i can use to search all files on the server to check for an IP address?
3. how do i change the IP address for any printer queues i may have.
4. are there any other implications?

Thanks,

Joe

Have a look at the file /etc/rc.config.d/netconf
also man set_parms
