Changing Ip address

I have two Windows 2000 Active Directory controllers. I need to change the IP address of one of them. Is this as trivial as with NT4?

Correct, however you may like to check your DNS setup if it is win2k based to weed out any old unwanted addresses and ensure that the new ones have been propogated to any PTR records if this is configured.
