changing IP address on HP Openview machine

Hello,
I'm not familiar with OpenView (looking for some good materials for lerning). I tried to change IP address of machine on which HP Openview is running. I changed all known for me files which are responsible for IP addressing. System starts without errors but when application (Telecom system manager) starts, reports the following:

last message: Cannot connect to ovtopmd: Cannot connect to lsrv (Addr
ess = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (old), port = 8888): Connection timed out
exit status: exit(1)
....
object manager name: snmpCollect
state: NOT_RUNNING
PID: -
last message: Could not connect to ovtopmd: Cannot connect to lsrv (A
ddress = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (old), port = 8888): Connection timed out.
Check that ovtopmd is running.

Hi,

You need to get a new license if you change the IP address.
