We changed the IP address on our CCMA and CCMS server yesterday and we are not able to pull any reports from the CCMA. When we click on a report, it just opens a blank window.
We have tried to restart the services on the CCMS. They start and after few seconds, they stop. There are few service errors on it too. Has anyone seen this problem?
