changing IP address on an exchange server

I need to change an ip address for our exchange server mail delivery site only and I'm wondering how to do this.
our server host our website and is our mail server.

1st I want to change the IP address of our mail server in exchange to another IP address.

2nd I want to keep the our old ip address on our server pointing to our website.

any ideas on how to do it?
