Changing IP address in SCO 3.2 v4.2

I know how to do it in Openserver 5.0.x systems:
edit /etc/hosts, then change in Scoadmin, relink kernel and reboot.

How is it done in the older 3.2 v4.2 ??
I don't see anything in Sysadmsh utility...

help!?!?
