If i want to change our router with IP 192.168.0.1 to a new router with IP 192.168.1.1(i cant change these IP addresses on router as they belong to ISP)what do i need to do with SBS.
SBS 2003 Premium with the following:

DHCP
SQL
Exchange
No ISA
DNS

Can i just change the IP address on SBS and run the Internet and Email wizard and reconfigure DHCP.
Also the ISP DNS IP's will change.

Yep. Changing the IP on the server and then running the wizard should take care of things. Also check the DHCP scope.

The only thing I'd worry about is the clients not taking the new addresses until their leases were 1/2 up, and that can be days.

If you are willing to do an IPCONFIG /RELEASE & /RENEW on the clients, you should be fine.
