I have a client who is wanting me to create a website for his business. However, he wants to be able to change prices on his products whenever he wants. I haven't been doing this too long so any help would be much appreciated. I currently use Plain HTML or Front Page. Thanks.

You either tech him how to change the prices in the HTML code (with Frontpage, Hotmetal, etc) or use ASP, PHP, CGI, etc, some kind of server side language.

Hope this help

Hi,

I think the best way to go would be to keep the products information in a database and use server side scripts to build your HTML. When your client would want to change the prices, he could just update the databse either through a web interface or directly in the database.

Bye.

I agree with yahve. I think that's probably the best way to go. Tracy Dryden
