I currently have an MICS that has a PRI with 4 digits and they start with the # 4. a new PRI was added to the system and the carrier(different carrier) brought in 4 digits that start with the # 8. Is there any way to change this within the system with out disrupting the existing PRI?

There aren't any IDC features in the Norstar. You'd have to vacate any destination codes or line pool access codes that start with 8, or have the telco change the digits they are sending your way.

You might try asking on our 'sister' telephony groups. To join them select 'Subscribe to Forums', you'll find them under 'Wiring Closet', and then either 'phone systems' or 'telephony' depending on the group your looking for.
