Changing Icon and Banner in an Alert PopUp

Is there a way to change the icon in a alert PopUp. I want to use something besides the yield sign with an exclamation.

Also, is it possible to put your own message in the banner where I currently get "Microsoft Internet Explorer"?

The default properties of a alert or confirm in javascript are unchangable.
