Hello there,
I have a GW 6.0 system and just noticed that no changes are taking effects whe I do any changes in the GW utilities menu, also when I change the password for a user won't take effect.
Nds seems to be fine when I do changes. one thing I know is that we are running out space on the GW volume only 7 gb left not sure if this is the cause of the proble...please any hint will be appreciated.

GW server is NW 5.1 sp7

thanks.

Only 7 GB left? :) That's not exactly what I would call 'out of space'.

In GroupWise, you actually have a GroupWise password as well as the NDS password. This is unless you have configured LDAP, which is not a default.. So if you don't know, it probably hasn't been configured.

Go to the GroupWise tab in consoleOne and there is an option there.

Also, the health of NDS won't matter when changing that password. More important is the health of the GroupWise database. I've seen corrupt databases that cause changes to not be made. You may want to do a basic health check on your GroupWise.
