How do you go about changing the general message that answers after 5 rings? It goes to a message of press xx to leave a message for Person A, yy for Person B, etc. They replaced an employee and need the message changed. It's for a remote office and I'm trying to walk them through it, but have very little experience with this system. Thanks, for your help!

Start by figuring out which voice mail system you are using, and you do that by having them dial Intercom 777, and then telling us exactly[\i] what is heard next:
Welcome to Partner Mail.....

Welcome to Partner Messaging....
Welcome to Partner Voice Messaging....
