changing GD MB number

I have a flash 4 connected to a 6x16,I have evrything set up ok,except I am trying to change the GD MB from ext. 21 to ring on ext. 22 because I have 21 set up for another user.
I changed the MB number in programming from 10 to 22 but still goes to ext 21.
Any help would be appreciated,

change the ext number of the mbx, not the mbx number.
Also- mailboxes do not ring, so I don’t know what you mean by "ring on ext.22"

probably you want to look at the table/operator settings for attendant defined as 21

that might be it...
ge2511- you should be aware that it is common for ext.21 to be setup differently than any other ext. (i.e. ringing lines, control lines, prime set[ it could be your reception station].)
making changes to it or the gen deliv mbx can have big effects on the overall system.

I do not have a clear understanding of what you are trying to accomplish from your post so it is hard to answer your question
