Changing from H.323 to SIP on J100s

Hi folks,

This one is mostly to have a place to search in the future.

I was having trouble changing my H.323 J179/J139 from H.323 to SIP 4.1.1.0.7.

After a little wasted time trying to figure out what was going on, getting an "invalid file" from the J179, I recalled from a past experience that in some cases I could not go direct to current without an interim update.

So, I successfully went from H.323 6.8.5 to SIP 3.0 first, then to SIP 4.1.1.0.7.

There may be some other options so feel free to share.
