Changing format of autonumber

How do i change the format of the Autonumber feature.
I used the wizard to make a customer/order tracking table and i like the autonumber for the Customer ID, but i dont like the format it is in.

I need to know how to either turn it off and enter it manually or change the format.

Currently it is 1, 2, 3, etc..

But i want it to be 0x-001, 0x-002, 0x-003....
Where the 0x is the current year, but the rest of it is the actual number of the customer. I dont want the customer number to reset when the year changes i want it to continue on.
So one entered yesterday would be ...01-003
And one entered today would be ...02-004
