Changing Form Content In Public Folder

Hi,

I am totally new to Outlook and Exchange. I use Outlook 2000 and Exchange.
I have an old form in the public folder. I don't want to use it any more. Instead, I have to put a link on it so if SO wants the form, she/he will see a link instead of a form.
Can anyone help me on this? I really appreciate
