Under Comments List, I selected/highlighted Note text to change fonts. But, I can not find a way to change font of Note text.

...via preferences > comments...

Comment Fonts
In Windows, you can determine the font and the size of text in pop-up windows.

In Mac OS, you can select only Large, Medium, or Small settings for the font. This setting applies to all new and existing comments.

Andrew:

Thanks. I have a related question. How can I change font for or delete the Header "Summary of Comments on http....." when printing the Note? It prints too big.

...command or control 'T' are the only available options for how comments are printed, the header is always larger than the text of the notes, I'm on mac os x here and even more limited than windows, if on window, the options may be a bit more flexible...

...on mac small, medium or large, that is it in pro 7, pro 8 isn't a lot different in this department...

Andrew

...the only solution is to edit it after printing a summary to pdf...

...change it using the advanced text tools...

Andrew

...create a pdf of comments in the comments tab, under print comments...

...edit that and then print it out...
