Changing file dates 1

I need to change the modified dates on some files. Anyone know how to do this?

I hope there's no naughtiness intended . . .

Change the system time/date on you machine, open and save the file. Reset the date/time afterwards.

I was hoping for something simpler. I used to do it with a "Touch" command. No naughtyness, I transferred several webs to a new drive and the software wants to republish everything (100+ files).
