Changing Fields from MAS to SQL

I need to change each field-value-formula from searching MAS 200's database (we have the version that does not have SQL base) to search our SQL database.

I can do this field by field, but my questions is IS there a faster way that keeps two points in mind: 1) must look in SQL and 2) must not lose formulas.

I'm trying to save some important reports and not start from scratch.
