Changing field text color or background color based on field value 1

I want to have the background or text in one field to change when the value of another field is yes or no.

I have tried to write a function on this and have been jammed up for awhile.

Any suggestions?

Use Conditional Formatting. Select the field then from the menus go: Format|Conditional Formatting
That'll do it no problem.

ok thats cool for one field.. but id like to make all the field of a record change also
