CHANGING EXTENTION LENGTH

I JUST ADDED A 408 Card in a system and those extension numbers are coming us as 4 digits 7128 instead of 128. How do I change those to 3 digits ?

Go into system programming, if at the console, it is MENU, SYS PROGRAM, START (or EXIT), then System Renumber, Single, Station, dial old (7xxx) number,ENTER, dial new 1XX number (that is not now being used) press enter. Repeat from "OLD Station number, as needed. If you are not sure of available numbers, you may need to print your dial plan.
