Changing Extension Label

how do i scroll to the next set of letters when changing the name to an extension
i am in MENU --> System Program --> Labeling --> Extention

I assume you are at the operators phone, which is probaly a 24 button. Go to the first button (top left corner) and that will be the next letter then work your way across.When I say first button I mean programmable button. I hope that makes sense to you I know I didn't explain it to well. Good Luck.

If you remove the clear plastic covers and the 2 labels you will see (if you have good light) the rest of the letters are on the buttons below the screen imprinter into the plastic
