changing ext of the operator 2

I want to change the handset that rings when you press 0 from the auto attendant. Where do I do this?

It could be in a couple of places.
1. under table programming
2. Under feat982

You set that up under:

Feature 982, and the password is "operator", hit "next" a couple of times I belive and you will find "ADTD" which is short for "Attendant", that's were you set it! Enter the receptionist's DN and your done.

This is also the menu where you can make the receptionist avaliable or not, buisness open or closed, etc!

Don't forget to make the receptionist avaliable!

I believe that under table programming..the DN put their, overrides the dn under feature 982.....

and everything is overridden when the mailobox subscriber setup their own personal attendant

the one under table is specific only to the table
the one under feat982 is system wideoperator/ default, when there is no atdt in the grtg table/ personal attendant
