Changing embedded file at run time

I need to embed a file or create a hyperlink to a file, but it needs to change at runtime.

We have verses (Text) and photos in files on our server. We want the users to be able to select the verse they want and/or the photo they want when they run the report.

Any ideas? We are using Crystal 8.5.
