Changing Dynamic URL's

Hi,

Im using a windows server, and although a pro in a different area said its not worth doing it these days, I just wanted to see what was needed to be done, to do it if I wanted too.

My question was about changing a dynamic url that didnt make sense to a customer, to a URL that did, so changing from a dynamic to a static one, so it contained the right keywords and made more sense. eg.


to something like this:


Any ideas? and is it a big job with possible a thousand of these links.
